J.J. Sobczak, Owner

J.J. has been in construction and a member of the National Association of Realtors for over 15 years. Starting out after college in the real estate world his love of homes and not only selling them but remodeling them has grown, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up with the help of the many great builders who were willing to share their knowledge. Twelve years ago, he turned his passion into a business that focuses on Quality first and the satisfaction of his clients.

Mike S, Finish Carpenter

Mike has 20 years of experience working in the remodeling world as a highly experienced finish carpenter in the city creating fine cabinetry. He leads our team building out fine kitchens and custom built-ins. With a bit of background in all aspects of building he is a true asset to our team and you will love his attention to detail which leads to a great end result.

Hector, Contractor

Hector has worked with J.J. for the last five years and is the Swiss Army knife of our company. He has worked in all aspects of construction from Window installation down to framing and siding. He is truly full of knowledge from his years of experience. If he has not seen it, I assure you its never happened.
